6063-T6 extruded aluminum.

When properly installed into studs or blocking shelves can support static loads up the 25 lbs per linear foot. 36″ span.

LENGTH:

Shelves are custom cut and deburred at the factory and can be ordered in lengths up to 98″.
Multiple sections can be installed end to end using shelf allignment pins to create longer runs.

WEIGHT:

2lbs/ft

Screw Holes:

Mounting holes are pre-drilled and countsunk at 16″ centers. Custom hole locations can be specified.

HARDWARE:

#10 x 2″ Philips Flat Head screws (zinc plated) are included.

FINISH:

Shelves are stocked in clear anodized aluminum.
Custom anodized and powder-coated finishes are available by special order.

OPTIONS:

Shelf spline alignment pin.

Model Numbers:

SAFF-XX where XX denotes the length in inches.
SAFF-SP1 – shelf allignment pin for SAFF shelf.

Pilot holes are drilled at a 34 degree angle.
Shelves MUST be installed into studs or blocking; Wall anchors CAN NOT be used.
